Initially named Westchester1 Internet
Media Services in 1997, this company had humble beginnings.
A former U.S Marine and ambitious entrepreneur, Aaron
Kershaw set-out to make a mark helping small businesses find
their way online.
About.com,
then called The Mining Company lured Aaron away
to corporate America. Spending almost three years with About.com
rising to Technical Director of Core Services, and Director of
Technology for the Creative Department. Aaron received rave reviews
from his peers and was know as the "Go To Guy"
at About.
Aaron was responsible for HTML templates, design consistencies,
training staff and creating and implementing new applications
to help this 5 million user a day Information Portal load as fast
as possible, with an appealing look.
After the unforeseen demise of the
Internet Boom, Aaron worked with Citicorp to create 3 of
their European Commerce sites, moving through one dot-com to another
took a toll and Aaron restarted Westchester1.com, an endeavor
he began in 1996.
Using
Westchester1.com
as a tool, Aaron acquired interest in The AutoGuide of Westchester,
a bi-weekly used car publication. Aaron took over design and production
of this magazine and gave it an updated look and Managed this
publication for over a year.
After selling the publication, Aaron
returned to his Web Development roots. Making Westchester1.com one
of the most visited Westchester County informational sites. With
over 2500 people visiting Westchester1.com daily, Aaron once
again began doing what he loves, building Websites for clients large
and small.

public. Trained as a Video Engineer during the late 80's Aaron
worked behind the scenes as a freelance camera operator and NLE
Editor starting in 1995 when the first consumer level DV editing
machines became available.
