How does it work?
Every Video tour will have it's own unique website address that
can be linked from the MLS websites and various Real Estate websites
like Realtor.com.
When a user clicks on the Virtual Tour from the MLS website, the
video plays immediately. Using the popular Windows Media
Player built into 90% of PC's there are Play, Pause, Fast
Forward, and Rewind controls to allow users to replay any portion
of the video. Because it is on the web, users can easily e-mail
the video link to friends and family.
Why not use Youtube, it's free?
Potential buyers can be very easily distracted by advertisements
and other videos that appear on that site. Allowing advertisements
may be a violation of the MLS. Each video will load in an external
Windows player, leaving the listing within the browser below. When
video is done the user can close it and keep browsing.
