1. What is included in the online video package?
For only $299 you will receive an online video
with it's own unique website address. You can use this unique address
commonly referred to as URL to link from as many
websites as you want. Your buyers will see the videos from existing
Real Estate websites you choose.
2. How do I make an appointment for a to shoot my listings?
Easy! Simply Email

an appointment.
3. Can I appear in the Video?
Yes! We recommend that Realtors only appear twice in the video -
at the beginning to introduce the property and at the conclusion
of the video. We will review the script with you to ensure it complies
with all MLS rules and guidelines. This has been a proven listing
tool for Realtors to acquire new listings.
4. How long will it take for the video to appear on my
Real Estate Website?
You should receive an e-mail with the unique website address within
48 hours from the time of the video shoot.
5. How long can I make my video?
We strongly recommend that videos do not exceed 2 minutes to ensure
that you keep your buyers' attention. keep in mind that the buyer
may look at a dozen videos in a sitting, so keeping each video short
can be beneficial to allow time to view many listings.
6. Will the video take a long time to load?
Generally speaking a video can load faster than 10 pictures on a
page. Potential buyers can be inpatient to wait for photos to load.
But with video and a similar load time, their expectations allow
more patients.
7. Will my Video Tour appear on Realtor.com?
For an additional, nominal fee your videos will be added to Realtor.com. |
